This is one of my favorite drinks and dessert especially during summer. Though this is may be sweet for others, don’t be guilty if you indulge yourself into some icy crazy thing like this.
- 1/2 cup crushed ice
- 2 tbsp sweet red bean
- 2 tbsp sweet shredded coconut flesh
- 1/3 cup of kaong(optional)you can substitute any fruit you fancy
- 1/3 cup of fresh milk or cream
- 2 tbsp of your choice of yoghurt
- a good sprinkle of high-fiber fruity oats
Just combine all the ingredients the way you like it and there! you have a simple, delicious drinks or dessert to enjoy.
